What is Acupressure?
It is an Ayurvedic therapy and is also known as massage therapy technique, in these practitioners uses physical pressure at specific spots on the body which are known as acupressure points or acupoints. Acupressure is an alternative medicine technique.

Acupressure practitioners use their fingers, palms, or some specific devices to apply pressure to acupoints on the body. Sometimes, acupressure also involves stretching of body or massages some specific part of the body or by some other methods too.
